HELPING HANDS NEEDED!

Pre-Season is when all the HARD WORK is done to get our Wynnum Wolves’ teams back on the park to start an exciting 2020 season. Members of your Wolves’ committee are already hard at it – but they can’t do it alone. So …

EVERY SATURDAY MORNING FROM THIS WEEKEND ONWARDS we are looking for club members – players, parents, friends, supporters – to assist with general maintenance jobs to get the club’s Carmichael Park fields up to spec for the new season.

Committee members will be at the grounds every Saturday between 7.30am and 10am with a list of jobs that need attending to. This week’s jobs include:

• Trim and mow beside fields and carpark
• Weed spray beside fields.
• Top dress new turf areas and sparse areas.
• Watering of new turf and around Filling turf gaps
• Service wheels on “moveable” stands
• Prepare & paint goals on all fields
• Re-clip chain-wire fences
• Fix all nets

No equipment is required – just a smile, a bit of elbow grease and the willing hands of players, parents, friends and supporters.

LET’S ALL WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE THIS CLUB A SUCCESS BOTH ON AND OFF THE FIELD!
